BLNDWAVE Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 02/19/2026 Welcome to BLNDWAVE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BLNDWAVE website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by BLNDWAVE (“BLNDWAVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using BLNDWAVE, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 13 years of age You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms If you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian 2. Nature of the Service BLNDWAVE provides a digital journaling and reflection platform intended for personal, creative, and emotional expression. BLNDWAVE is not: Medical advice Mental health treatment Therapy or psychological care BLNDWAVE does not provide professional medical or mental health services. Your use of the Service is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. 3. User Content and Ownership You retain full ownership of any journal entries, text, images, or other content you create or submit through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant BLNDWAVE a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to: Store your content Display your content within the Service Operate, maintain, and improve the Service BLNDWAVE does not claim ownership of your personal journal entries.
